A Little About the Oil First…
Argan oil comes from the kernels of the Argania spinosa tree, found in Morocco. People there have been using it for centuries—on their skin, hair, nails, even in food. They knew what they were doing.

Argan oil WILL thoroughly hydrate your skin without the greasy feeling. To me, that’s the PLUS that takes it to the next level. Sure, there’s the composition and long-chain fatty acids, etc, etc, but let’s keep it simple.
✔️ Best for: Dry skin, normal skin, sensitive skin, mature skin.
✔️ For hair: Perfect for dry, frizzy, or damaged hair.
Why it works:
It’s packed with oleic acid and linoleic acid, two fatty acids that keep moisture locked in without clogging pores or making skin feel heavy. Hair? Softer, smoother, no greasy roots. Yes, wonderful.
How to use:
👉 For skin: Massage 2-3 drops into damp skin.

(For heavy stretch marks try shea butter. To fade deeper scars try shea butter or rosehip oil). For light ones, try argan oil.

How to Actually Use Argan Oil
Above I showed you how to use it in every instance. But I thought we could go through very simple steps below, just in case you missed the instructions above.
But first, here’s what NOT to do.
What NOT to Do
❌ Don’t drown your face in it. A few drops = perfect. A full teaspoon = greasy mess.
❌ Don’t put it on dry skin. Always apply it on damp skin so it sinks in better.
❌ Don’t rub it into your scalp unless you’re doing a treatment. It’s not a daily scalp oil.
❌ Don’t use too much on fine hair. If your hair gets oily fast, stick to the ends only.
❌ Don’t overuse before heat styling. Too much oil + heat = fried hair instead of protected hair.
❌ Don’t forget your neck & décolletage. If you’re using it on your face, swipe the leftovers down your neck too!
The Right Way to Use It…
💛 For skin? Massage 2-3 drops on damp skin.
💛 For hair? Run a drop through damp ends—don’t overdo it.
💛 For nails? Rub one drop onto cuticles before bed.

⚠️ Who Might NOT Love Argan Oil?
Argan oil is great for a lot of people. But it’s not for everyone.
❌ If your skin is extremely oily and breaks out easily, this might be too much. Stick to something lighter, like squalane.
❌ If your hair is super fine and gets greasy fast, use just a tiny amount—or skip it altogether.
❌ If you don’t like oils that take a little time to absorb, you might find this too much for daytime use. Even though it is very light and it absorbs quickly, if you’re not an oil lover, you might still find it too much.
Bottom Line
Argan oil works for most people. If your skin is dry, mature, or sensitive, it’s a win. If your hair is rough, frizzy, or damaged, it’s worth a try.
Just start slow. Use the right amount. Let it work for you.
